Thank you to all our loyal Friends members! We encourage and welcome new members to join at any time. Membership benefits include the privilege of starting to shop one-half hour earlier than the general public at each sale, and the knowledge that you’re helping to support your library!

Membership dues are $5.00 per person. To renew or begin your membership, please complete the form below and send it, with your check made out to The Friends of the Galway Public Library, to our address which is: PO Box 292, Galway, NY  12074 Please do not send your renewal to the library. Your cancelled check is your receipt

If you are interested, the Lifetime membership is $100.  You can add additional family members for $50 per person.

           We hope you will indicate on the form how you can help in the activities of the Friends. 

Members receive occasional emails from friendsofgalwaylibrary@gmail.com about our upcoming events. Please add us to your address book so they don’t go into your junk mail. 

The money raised by the Friends is used to support library programs that are not included in the library budget.  In addition to the dues collected through membership renewals, we raise money through various fundraising events.
